Standing is calculated from orders on file. There is no application.
There is also no way to apply.
Terms of Standing
Cancelled and refunded orders do not count toward standing. Standing reflects genuine support, and we are confident you would not have wanted it any other way.
Standing is recalculated every time you look at it. Standing cannot be purchased directly, transferred, bequeathed, or appealed.
The Loyalty Division reserves the right to add tiers above whichever one you have reached.
